On May 30, Gemhorn Factory Five's large-scale outdoor team-building event, "Youth Should Strive Like This!", successfully concluded at Nan'ao Qixing Bay. Led by Factory Director Liu Qinghua, over 100 Factory Five team members pushed forward under the scorching sun, forging unforgettable memories through laughter and tears.

Gemhorn Factory Five's team is renowned for its bold breakthroughs and innovative spirit in work. Over the past four years, it has successfully launched popular 18K and fine gold collections such as "Crystal", "Layered Shadows", "Iridescent", and "Hollow Beads", securing over ten design and utility model patents. It has rapidly become a top-tier innovative plain gold jewelry manufacturing factory in the industry. Their team spirit was vividly displayed during this event.

On the day of the event, the coach randomly divided the team into eight groups for intense competitions. During the initial team presentation, each group creatively formed unique formations, showcasing their indomitable spirit with loud slogans, high morale, and unwavering determination.

Every participant was eager and ready for action.

Activities like "Passion 99", "Advance and Retreat Together", and "Crossing the Quicksand River" tested each team's cohesion and combat effectiveness.

Facing new challenges, figuring out how to collaborate efficiently to complete tasks was a common hurdle for every team. Despite repeated failures, they never retreated or gave up. Instead, they tried again and again, discussed solutions, and worked together to find the best approach.

The group competitions not only ignited everyone's fighting spirit but also helped them fully realize the importance of each team member. The subsequent "Graduation Wall" climb became the toughest and most team-bonding activity of the event. The male team members formed human ladders with their bodies, using their shoulders and hands as support. A network of raised hands created a fail-safe safety net, pushing one teammate after another over the 4.2-meter-high wall.

Despite mistakes and rule violations along the way, they persevered with gritted teeth. Strength was forged through challenges, sweat was shed, and they charged forward courageously. When all team members successfully scaled the "Graduation Wall," they couldn't help but embrace tightly, moved to tears. Guided by the coach, everyone shared their experiences overcoming difficulties, celebrated their success, and felt the immense power of teamwork.

As evening approached and exhaustion set in after a day of intense activities, everyone eagerly anticipated the kayaking session. Between the mountains and sea, team members relaxed and played freely—some racing in kayaks, others striking poses, and some engaging in water fights—creating a scene of splashing water and joyous excitement.

During the warm and cheerful banquet, everyone revisited comparison photos of Factory Five's workshop equipment and team members from its founding in 2018 to the present. Director Liu Qinghua opened up and expressed heartfelt gratitude to all employees.
