On July 22, the highly anticipated unveiling ceremony of the Gemhorn Jewelry Training Center was successfully held at the company headquarters. Gemhorn's mid-to-senior management team and external lecturer team attended the event. Following the ceremony, Chen Yu, Director of the Technology Development Center, delivered an engaging training session titled "Reporting, Liaising, and Consulting—Effective Communication" as the first keynote speaker.
In his speech, Gemhorn General Manager Xiao Ping emphasized that as a company grows, having a professional and efficient team of trainers becomes crucial. The establishment of the Training Center will undoubtedly infuse Gemhorn with a continuous stream of knowledge, strengthening its human resource advantage in the market. Through systematic and specialized training, all employees will gain comprehensive learning opportunities, while the company’s knowledge and experience can be accumulated, shared, and innovated upon.

The Training Center comprises three departments: Course Development, responsible for curriculum design and resource allocation; Training Implementation, overseeing daily operations; and Lecturer Management, handling lecturer resources and development. By aligning training programs with the company’s goals and departmental needs, implementing effective incentive mechanisms, and rigorously evaluating trainers, the Center maximizes training outcomes. Additionally, it will nurture in-house lecturers and invite external experts to deliver courses spanning management, technology, marketing, and more.
Post-ceremony, Director Chen Yu led the inaugural session on "Reporting, Liaising, and Consulting—Effective Communication" for office staff. Drawing on 20+ years of Japanese corporate management experience, Chen combined concise theories, thought-provoking interactive exercises, and real-world case studies to highlight the importance of "reporting, liaising, and consulting" in workflows. Participants—from employees to managers—gained actionable insights to enhance communication, managerial efficiency, and team execution.
With four manufacturing facilities (Plain Gold, K-Gold, Gem Setting, and Factory 5) and over 1,000 frontline workers, Gemhorn will leverage the Training Center’s "Learning Drives Growth, Sharing Empowers All" ethos to deliver targeted, systematic programs. These initiatives will elevate employee competencies and production management skills, fostering long-term sustainable growth.
